I enjoyed my stay as it was just a short walk to amazing spots like Masjid al-Haram and the Saqqaf Palace, making my weekend exploration exciting and convenient. the property is managed by well behaved staff that made my experience even better.

The hotel features environmentally friendly refillable dispensers for soap and shampoo, which adds a unique touch. Housekeeping and room service are exemplary, always ensuring everything is in order. Breakfast is outstanding, though the dining area can feel cramped when busy. Unfortunately, the shuttle service to Haram requires a lengthy walk from the drop-off to the site, which could be inconvenient for some travelers.

Location proved tricky, nestled among three towers, making navigation frustrating. Parking was often full, forcing me to park outside despite reserving a suite. Upon check-in, encountering laughing staff when I was clearly exhausted felt inappropriate. Instead of a king bed, I found two twins with an annoying gap in between, and requests for basic amenities like coffee went unfulfilled. Even the suite’s layout, with three separate doors, required me to improvise with my luggage for better access.
